classification
TZM alloy rods can be divided into the following types according to the degree of processing:
Sintered TZM rod: The sintered TZM rod is a bar that has not undergone subsequent processing, and its surface is gray-black and has no metallic luster.

Forged TZM rod: After forging, the surface of the TZM rod will have a layer of oxide, and the surface will show a black metal-free color.

Polished TZM rod: TZM rod can be polished one or more times according to the surface condition and quality requirements. The surface of the polished TZM rod is silver-gray metallic.

Polished TZM rod: Polished TZM rod refers to polishing the rod to reduce the surface roughness of the alloy rod, thereby obtaining a bright and flat TZM rod.

Alkali-washed TZM rods: Alkaline-washed TZM rods are processed through alkali-washing process. The surface of alkali-washed TZM rods presents a gray metallic luster and is relatively smooth.

TZM rod has good high temperature performance and mechanical properties, so it is widely used in various high temperature fields.
